Jamba Banana Man Chase 2010
The 9th annual Jamba Banana Man Chase 5K and Keiki Fun Run 500 meters, will be held on Saturday, May 8th at Ala Moana Beach Park. Proceeds benefit Muscular Dystrophy Association of Hawaii (MDA) and Hawaii Speed & Quickness, a skills training program for aspiring youth athletes. Preliminary estimates indicate this a-peeling event will raise approximately $27,500 for the two charities.
Date: Saturday, May 8th
Time: Race begins at 7am with the Keiki Race starting at 7:45am
Entry Cost: $25 until 4/30, $30 after 5/1
(5K entry fee includes a Jamba Banana event shirt and a Jamba coupon for a free 16 ounce smoothie.

Prizes for the 5k race
The first three male and female runners to pass the Jamba bananas and cross the finish line receive Jamba for a Year (26 free 16 oz. smoothie coupons). In addition, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in EACH male and female division (12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+) also receive Jamba for a Year!
Keiki Fun Run Cost: $15
(Keiki Fun Run fee includes an event shirt and a Jamba medal.
